Hey Coach and community ,
I wanted to know at which phase of a training program I should do a blitz diet. Normally I always did them in the neuro-dominant phase of a program because it has the least potential for muscle growth.
But Type 1B builds most muscle from power/strength work. So should I still do a 2 week diet in the realization, or in the accumulation phase? Or do an independent all around training for two weeks after a training program?
