In what order should my workout days be?

I have 4 workout days:

a: bench, mil. press, dips, workout for shoulder balancing.

b: dead lift, pullups, rows, curls

c: clean + jerk, squat, lunges, leg press, leg raises

d: power clean

Depends on what you want to put emphasis on.

Put that one first.

Although, I forgot to mention, you should keep the maximum seperation possible between similar-muscle movements.
