In Season Training

Football has started. Im a Defensive Tackle im 6’4 270 pounds. Squat 500 pounds bench some here around 260. I still wanna continue to lift but im 1. scared of doing it wrong 2.

having the lifting interfere with what happens Friday nights 3no idea as to what program to do. Any tips or thoughts would be great guys. How do I approach training in-season?
