So baseball starts tomorrow for me... Week four of the HP mass program would start tomorrow too. I'm not sure how I should work things while being in season though. I've been throwing 3 days a week already but I'm probably going to have something like two hour practices every day or games.
Would cutting the program in half still be effective? Like lower body, 1 upper and lat's and bi's mixed in there?
Or should I just try to cut volume down or what? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
