Coach CT, thanks for all the time and effort you put into Tnation! My question is for an
in-season athlete (eg. soccer, hockey) who train for their retrospective sports say 5-7 times per week. Would it be suitable to incorporate HP MASS training with the 2 upper body and 2 lower body Primary Emphasis days? Or would you use a different training method rather than HP MASS if the athlete needs to focus purely on strength/power conditioning?
