Great suggestion with the “In Season Training Results” post … can I just add one thing if you’re going to use that template? Working with young athletes and their lack of posterior development, either move box jumps/broad jumps to the warm-up or only superset with the squat/deadlift warmup sets and then add in a simple body-weight posterior movement like GHR, back raises, or glute bridges (I always used these with sliders between lower body main lifts, I feel they assist in balancing out knee issues common with growing athletes).
Joey - we only superset jumps with the warm up sets.
