In my first years of lifting i was always forced into circuit training since i needed to keep a low bfp for wrestling. therefore after i started hitting the gym hard purely doing mass work outs. I was thinking about chaning it up to the following, please criticize, advise, and steer me in a good direction. looking for mass + strength
M: Flat bench 5:5
Deadlift 5;5
Squat 5:5
T: Upper abs + forearms
W: Incling bench 5;5
bentover row 5;5
squat 5;5
T: Lower abs + forearms
F: repeat monday
Cardio MWF and of course eating healthy lots of protein and possibly some supplements
