I have been reading this board for a long time and figured yall are the best people to help me with my problem. I get severe pain and swelling in the front of my knees and a burning/pulling pain in my ankles whenever i run. The doctor told me that this is caused by my hamstrings being too tight due to rapid growth and that if i did certain stretches i would regain flexibility. Well its almost a year later and i still am plagued by the same horrible pains. I played basketball for 10 minutes the other day and my knees turned bright red and became very swollen causing me to stop. This is hampering my training and my general gpp. I appeal to you, my fellow T-men, for help.
