I need help finding a program that can help improve my power cleans. My PR is 215. I think I’ve got pretty good form so I don’t think that’s a problem. If anybody can help it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Quick question, when it says clean 50x3… is it saying 50 sets of 3? i might sound dumb but im not sure about it
It’s a percentage of your 1RM.
Thats right. I am starting Week 4 working off a 290 max. The first two weeks were hard but I started adjusting to the volume last week. Its a good program, as is all the stuff by Coach Steel and his assistants.
