All you football players out there, this is my first year playing football and my 40 time isn’t that great but I’d like to know the correct technique for running it because I hear you can shave off quite a bit by just getting the technique right. I think I got it right though (long strides, knee drives, pumping arms) but just incase I’m missing something. Also how long does it usually take for someone to improve their speed by say 0.2?
