Improvements..

I just wanted to say how happy i am lately with the way i am improving.

Leg press
2 months ago = 200kg
current = 410kg

seated calf raise
2months ago = 40kg
current = 100kg

Hack squat
2months ago = 80kg
current = 150kg

but am researching to make a new program and will soon change it all but am hoping i keep improving.

all of these were 10rep, 3sets

and have put on 4kg of muscle in the past month.
