Improve This?

Hey, the back of my arm right under the shoulder is seriously lagging. I circled the area to clear up any confusion. What exercises do I need to improve this?

Your Tricep or Your Read Deltoid?

Triceps respond well to rack lockouts, board presses, weighted dips, and close-grip bench presses for size.

If its your rear deltoid you’re worried about you could do bent-over dumbbell lateral raises, cable scarecrows (see Westside for Skinny Bastards), seated cable rows to the face with a tricep rope, bent-over dumbbell rows to neck level, and upright rows.
