Improve Echo/Assault Bike Time

Just looking for general tips, tricks, and programming on the Echo Bike. Had it for about 4 months, trying to improve my 5 mile time. Stuck at 12:51. I’m able to ride 3-4 times a week. Any help would be appreciated.

You need to practice going at different intensities. Get in easy long sessions, as well as faster interval sessions. Volume is the best thing to improve endurance though.
