More proof that there’s a world of difference between lacto-ovo and vegan diets.

I’m thinking of trying out a lacto-ovo diet myself because meat quality nowadays is so poor unless you can afford ££££ for the good stuff…

Truthfully, that guys not that bad.

I keep thinking that for 12 years lifting he should be bigger, but he’s not bad.

I don’t like eating a lot of meat for similar reasons. However, I do consume a fair amount of fish and Costco usually sells the wild stuff.
