Impressive gains



Since the end of your body transformation you have put on size and gained strength. What have been the main training techniques you have been using in the weight room to achieve this? Have you mainly been training in a similar fashion as you detailed in your superbeast article?


I started with the Superbeast workout. Then keeped the techiques but modified the schedule to fit my own. Now I use a pendulum approach (described in other replies) and the superbeast methods are used during the strength weeks. Hypertrophy weeks do include a lot of accentuated eccentric work and power weeks include mostly explosive lifting.
