I was wondering what people’s take on the importance of water is. I just started phase II of the Growth Stage and it did not really talk about water. However, I know drinking A LOT of water (something like 66% of your body weight in oz.) is good for you to help with the massive amount of protein that is being consumed. Is it ok to drink this much water while on stage II? If not, how much is a good amount?
