Importance of These Supplements?

I am trying to lose fat while at the same time gaining a little bit of muscle. How important are the supplements below to achieve this goal. Is there a product that has all or most of these all combined or would someone need to take each one separately? Thanks guys!

Whey- obviously important, already using
Arginine
Creatine
Glutamine
Tribulus terrestris

Anyway, arginine is crap - the rest are decent.

Substitute the Arginine for BCAA’s and a multivitamin.
