In the last part your neurotyping course, you outlined several tools for different neurotypes trying to enhance their athletic performance, which I find very helpful personally. I am curious about the implementation of these tools. (Mostly the ones for 1a/2b/3)
1)How long do you use them? Do you you them throughout all the blocks with increasing loads every block. Or simply use them during intensification phase or realization phase?
2)How would you adjust the volume of the rest of the session? Maybe dropping one or two movements/reducing overall set? Or simply do them as part of the warmup sets
