imperfect human creatures

Hello bionics and terminators! I would love to belong to your breed but unfortunately my parents refused me to have the perfect genes. So here I am with a very arched back (which I broke once) which is not suited very well for heavy vertical pressure on the spine. Eventhough I would love to do heavy squats, deadlifts and military presses, I can’t because of following back pains involved. I tried ART and lumbar strengthening with certain success. Nevertheless lifting heavy is a no no. Any suggestions, tips or hints about how and what to train?
