Immune System

I have been training for a while now and have been reading up on all the stack and supplement information. Biotest is awesome… I have a question of another type… What can a person do to boost his/her immune system? We take these stacks and train hard which leaves our immune system more vulnerable. Is there a supplement or something we can take to strengthen our natural ability to fight sickness (especially when the flu ,cold and influenza season is just around the corner.)

Try echinacea - good for general use, boosts the immune system and helps prevent getting colds and flu - and goldenseal - good for short term use to give your immune system a kick in the pants if you come down with something. Also don’t forget that vitamin c and lots of other goodies found in fruit and vegetables are important for the immune system.

Plenty of zinc and vitamin C boosts the immune system.
