Just wanted to share with you guys that with much help from this site i have won New yorks strongest man. Many of you may think i am “bragging” but im not, i want others to know that the articles written by the authors here at T-Nation are top notch.

The advice i get not only about training, but nutrition, recovery and anything else has helped me achieve what i have up to this point. So if any of you have any doubts about the legitimacy of the articles written by the authors, i must say their advice is priceless. Here are a few pics…
