I'm New, Don't Really Know What I'm Doing

So i’ve been teaching myself how to lift weights for a couple years and I found myself unknowingly becoming a raw powerlifter. It looks like I’m a class II and I figure I should try to get to class I. Anything I should know? I learned all my lifts from a book called Strength Training Anatomy. In particular, I would like to learn about the power bench press form.

Memphis, and thanks for the links- theyre awesome. I felt confident about squats and deads but i’ve been struggling with the bench, so that was just what i needed
