I am on the Ian King’s “Great Guns” program right now and I experience alot of soreness, probably due to the eccentric only sets (2nd phase) that I do for the first time of my life. For example, I trained my biceps and I was very sore for 4 days before the pain slowly went away. I trained my triceps 2 days ago and I wake up at night (to piss) and can’t fall asleep again because of the pain. Since I have a very busy schedule, I can’t afford to miss 2-3 hours of sleep per day, as I need them for growth. That kind of pain happened to me before with legs, but never with arms. Now, do anyone of you has a suggestion for what I could do? Sleeping pills? Pain reliever? Thank you all.
