So it continues, the last log finished quicker than I thought it would, so first thanks to all who have gave me advice, criticism, encouragement and just made me laugh. You fucks rock. The title of this log is an ode to one of my favorite films (Pee Wees Big Adventure) Favorite Bands (The Get Up Kids) and songs, and to my style, I enjoy being alone and playing with myself…

Hopefully you guys will still put up with this pretty big but relatively weak “rebel” lol.

As usual the journey continues…

NOTES: As a draw closer to the meet I will get rid of the MP day until after the meet to iron down my lifts, until then I will continue with the day. I will add in some millies here and there but not devote a whole day to them. Probably could of had 225x3, getting closer to that BW MP.

Have you lost weight? Maybe it’s me, but you seemed a little less imposing in this vid than before.

No, still hover between 240 - 245.

Yay new log!

solid pressing

Damn, a new log already?

Solid pressing, pretty ballsy to try 230 after that double.

james

Thanks James and Kev…the weirdest thing was that the 205 was harder for some strange reason, I think my hand placement was effed up, that 230 man I wanted it…the APA has OH pressing comps, which I really want to get in on, I was saying this in Gits log, man I hated MPs always did DB shoulder presses and BTN presses, but I look foward to millie days now, it feels natural.

Double look like butter… the 230 goes up no worries without that double… nice work Matty…

I agree with OG, that double was sick, very easy for you…

Well, you’re still strong as hell.

I miss YAHTZEE! for a title. Maybe you could call this one SCRABBLE? No, that doesn’t work . . .

Haha, I saw the squat rack and 135 and thought to my self, that’s a nice warmup, 135 X 15.

Then you have to get in there and press the fucking thing 15 times! DAMN dude.

Nice friggin work Matty, that’s some serious pressing.

225 x 2 was smoooooooth. 230 is yours, get some.

OG, Kent, Colin, DJ, Austin, Cav, L2TheGame, thanks so much I felt good yesterday, today…ehh not so much, started westside today, it kicked my ass, as alot of the assistance was unilateral stuffs. Never did that stuff in my life and I looked pretty foolish at times…but ill get it…
