I'm a Grower, Not a Shower (Gaining Size when Pumped)

I am training for a strongman competition, so my conditioning primarily focuses around that. Usually loaded carries, timed sets, etc. I mostly do them after lifting, but I’m planning to start experimenting with a carry day pretty soon.

However, I also really like low impact steady state cardio. It helps me recover more quickly, stimulates my weak appetite, and improves my state of mind.
