a little off topic but Gregron, you are a beast. Have you had one of those “how do you train” threads?

I’m sure you’d be thrilled with your quad development doing something as simple as squatting followed by leg press or leg extensions. Also, if you plan on staying in this game for long enough to see impressive development, you’d been learn to temper your expectations. It’s good to have goals, but setting unrealistic goals can do more bad than good on the mental side of things.

sounds like you know most of the exercises you need.

I would add pull through’s and deadlifts. As well of leg raises to each side preferibly with a band. But if you just worried about the size of your leg overall I doubt you would feel the need to isolate that area.
