Anyway, I’m starting a cut this monday and haven’t decided on the diet I’ll use. I don’t really need a critique, but I do need help with which one to choose. It’s between a targeted ketogenic diet and just a strait ketogenic diet.
Considering on how low in carbs I’m going I really don’t think its going to make much difference, but if you guys wanna vote on which one I should use just go to my blog and post in the comments on which one you like, anyone can post. I’ll update this thread whenever I post something new on the blog as well…
