Igf 1 Long r3 Question

hello…recently i started a cycle of igf 1 lr3…iam a competitive sprinter…i also suffer from patellar tendinitis…so i decided that igf 1 l r3 will enhance my collagen production thus repair the injured tendon…allong with repairment it will give me (hope so) some strength…i inject 60mcg post workout only in quads…is this the best way of injecting?or better sub cutan.?i mainly interested about healing my tendon?also does anyone know when igf 1 lr3 kicks in?thanks
