I just wanted to give a shout out and also an opinion on working with Josh Bryant for 12 weeks.
I am on my 11th week with josh and my lifts have gone from:
285 squat -> 325 squat
295 touch and go bench -> 290 pause bench
465 deadlift -> 480 deadlift with some in the tank
Military Press 160 x 1 -> 155 x 3
Bodyweight 186-187 -> 189-191
And it’s not even the week test. This guy has given me the greatest gains in strength I have ever experienced and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to get stronger. This guy takes it to the next level and I will definitely be back to work with this guy.
