If You're on the Fence Working w/ Josh Bryant

I just wanted to give a shout out and also an opinion on working with Josh Bryant for 12 weeks.

I am on my 11th week with josh and my lifts have gone from:

285 squat → 325 squat
295 touch and go bench → 290 pause bench
465 deadlift → 480 deadlift with some in the tank
Military Press 160 x 1 → 155 x 3

Bodyweight 186-187 → 189-191

And it’s not even the week test. This guy has given me the greatest gains in strength I have ever experienced and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to get stronger. This guy takes it to the next level and I will definitely be back to work with this guy.

I can’t wait to see if his programming will get Vincent Dizenzo his 600 pound raw bench in his 3rd weight class.

Watch this 7 week series for an idea of how Josh programs, but keep in mind it will vary from person to person. For instance, he has Robert Wilkerson benching twice a week, but Vincent only once a week.

Vinnie is on week 13 now, but his computer that he edits with broke and he just got it fixed/replaced last week. He might start updating again, but I’m not sure.
