THIS IS NOT A FUKIN MYOBRIAFILIAR vs SARMOPLASMA or whatever the hell you call it.
Like everybody else, I saw in the past a couple a skinny/athletic dude with some good number on the big lift. On youtube you can see a lot of dude who barely look like they lift put are pushing the 350+ squat, deadlift 400+, etc with ease. Same case for olympic lifter. skinny athletic dude who lift big weight.
If we put on of those guy on a BB split, would they explode comparatively to a guy the same size as them, but less strong? Cause lets say they benchpress 305x8 and the other dude bench 225x8, the stress on their chest would feel the same? dont know if you understand what I mean. Would the first guy will just only need more weigth too grow than the other guy?
