And it tastes yummy. No sugar added, sweetened with splenda. Not really high-protein, and it's pre-packaged, ready to eat, so there's really no way you could add protein to it, but it's easy on the carbs, kcals, and has some fiber in there. They also have a rice pudding one, I'm going to try that one next.
I thought it was a nice little not-so-bad-for-you snack.
