If You Could Only Pick a Few Workouts for Life

Hi all,

This one sorta plays off my last post, but isn’t just for me as I have a few friends I’m referring here too.

If you could only pick a handful of workout programs, ideally all CT based, to rotate between for the rest of your life, what would they be? Curious as to everyone’s rationales and selections . I personally (like every other washed up athlete) love to rotate between size/strength/athleticism/leaning out, are la fitness conducive and that don’t take a zillion hours in the gym.
