hey guys for those of you who are doing if and train on bcaas. do any of u take a pre workout with it for e.g a cup of coffe for a boost or na?
I would have a strong cup of black coffee. Helps with energy and focus, and actually increases fat burning a little if I remember rightly

yeah I really liked IF when I did it. You should be more sensitive to the stimulant when you’re fasted too.
Try straight up leucine as well. 5g-10g before training, and maybe even 5g during should help mitigate any potential muscle loss.
