Draw up one ml in your dropper and count how many drops it contains. Divide that by 7 and that is your daily dose.
Draw it up in a syringe and squirt it in your mouth. Swab the needle with alcohol and cap it. Re-use next time.
Use a large gauge needle like 20G.
I think the op thought you guys were asking him to inject the stuff.

Hahaha yes I totally did! Sorry guys I’m completely new to this stuff, and i know most of it is common sense, but I’m asking all these dumb questions because I want to make sure I’m getting it right the first time. I really do appreciate all the help and advice.
Also I don’t have any needles or syringes, but I got it figured out with the water. Just have to not put it in the fridge, and make sure my roommates don’t drink it or dump it.
