Ideas for New Workout

Here is the deal, I work 12 hours a day, 5 days a week. Actually, I only truly work 9, but have 3 hours of driving to and from work. Therefore, I get my workout in the morning, aka 5am start time, and I like to finish by aroun 615 or so.

I am trying to lean down, I have been doing west-side style for the last 6 months or so. My lifting partner and I are goint to take next week off and start a new routine. I have looked at the Rev Hypertropy training, but curious on cardio. How should cardio work in there? Is there a better routine for losing BF? Thanks for any ideas.

Take a look at compound EDT by Coach Staley. Started a week ago with 20min
cardio prior and dropped 3lbs this week.
But I am a fat bastard and have it to lose.
