Ideas for Back Extensions


I train at home however have acquired a pretty extensive amount of equipment. Quality power rack, inc/flat/decline bench, lat/row, 130# power blocks, 1200#'s weights, etc. I've been trying to increase my deadlift and using accessory lifts for my lower back. My space is limited so I don't have the room for a back extension/Roman Chair/GHR machine. Has anyone ever done a form of this exercise using a standard bench or maybe a folding table?
