Ideal Protein Mix

This is just to get some feedback from all of you who know what the hell theyre doing…

If you could have an ideal blend of protein what would it be? I.E.

30% Casien
50% Whey
ect…

Depends on the goal. Post-workout? Midday MRP? Before-bed?

It still does depend on your goals though.

Assuming it’s not a during or post-training concoction, something along the lines of a blend of whey isolate, milk isolate, and calcium caseinate would likely do you just fine.
