Any opinions on 915 would be appreciated.
I'm looking at either this or GVT next. My current program is something I'm doing with a strength coach. So he's someone I'll be discussing this with obviously, however I'd like any feedback on the experiences anyone has had with 915. As an aside, my interest is becoming more and more powerlifting, and that's not anything he's ever directly trained in or for. So we're working together to find what works for me.
I'm hitting a point where my newbie gains are slowing up, and there's a deadlift competition I'd like to do at the end of january. Basically though, from June to September, my deadlift went from 305 or so to 425. I wouldn't mind getting that deadlift closer to 500 for the competition, if my body is capable. Specifically for the dl the 915 program looked like a potential.
Anyway, I'm all ears.
