While the subject is interesting this documentary is all over the place and really doesn’t seem to follow it’s original line of thinking. Honestly, it was pretty boring to me.

See that’s the problem, it basically is somewhat about Icelandic strongman culture but in the beginning it starts out as an investigation into why Iceland produces so many of the world’s strongest men. A quote from the written introduction states “VICE went out there to investigate why this tiny island produces such strong people” but it seemed like it lost sight of this and went off on several tangents in 20 minutes.
“Evolved from a politically incorrect pantomime…” I miss those days. The opening credits used to look like Street Fighter II.
