I have been lurking around the site/forums for a while now, and I am finally deciding to take the plunge. I lifted in HS and college, but it was more maintenance work. Never got big or strong.
I am leaving for the Navy in 8 months (nuclear field), and want some brawn to go with my brains. I figure this is as good of a time as any to start, and I will have the added bonus of workouts at basic not sucking.
I will post some current pics and the routine I plan on using tomorrow.
