hey everyone! i was wondering, i am not on any kind of a hypertropy programme neither having too much pain after training sessions but still like to do some ice massage post training on my chest and triceps, do you think i sould expect any kind of gains?
What sort of gains are you looking for if you are not on a hypertrophy program? Are you trying to cut? Just maintain?
Ice massage is fine, but what are you hoping to get out of it? It is usually used to reduce inflammation and as an analgesic (pain reliever). I’m not entirely sure I understand what you are asking or what you are hoping to accomplish.
