Staley talked briefly about massaging your arms with ice after doing the EDT arm specialization workouts. There’s no freezer that I know of at my gym! Would it be just as effective 30 minutes later at home? Has anybody tried this before? Does it really alleviate post workout soreness?
Don Aless, talked about this in a Q&A collum (issue 188) “Although any cold pack wrapped with an ace bandage will work, the best product I have found is called the CP2, made by Continental SEL, Inc.,continentalsel.com, $30 or so per limb and is pressurized.” And yes, I believe that 30 min. will matter-see, the microtrama you inflicted upon yourself starts to swell and the sooner you can get an ice pack on it the better.
