Ian King's Chest/Back

(1) Could someone help me find Phase II, III and IV of Ian King’s “12 Weeks to Super Strength, Chest and Back?”

I found Phase I, but I can’t find the rest.

(2) If anyone has tried this program could you provide feedback on your experience.

Thanks in advance!

I am about half way through at the moment and find the workouts refreshing followed by good soreness and intend to repeat the program with some changes.

For example, depending on your personal experiences I might change the first stage to post-exhaust (simply do the exercises in the reverse order).

The second stage is great but I ran into the same problem as I did with Chad Waterbury’s workouts is that it is hard to monopolize a bench for the duration of your workout while you superset with rows (even more of a problem because King suggests seated rows and longer rest).

I would not reccomend changing the order of the exercises. It is a linear periodization program that is well thought out. Phase 1 is meant to work the assistance muscle first. There is a reason why Ian King is so highly regarded, his programs get results. I myself did this program and i experienced huge gains in the first 4 weeks alone. Part of the intrigue of this is the humbling factor. With a max bench of 325, my one set of bench during phase 1 was 8 reps with 115.
