Ian King question

I’m starting phase II of King’s Limping workout tomorrow.

I’m not sure what he means by “controlled explosive concentric”. Yes I know what concentric means but I’m unsure of the contolled explosive part.

I have checked out several of his other articles and columns but I haven’t found anything yet.

Can anybody post a link to an article or answer my question?


Controlled explosive is him saying explode and don’t do it sloppy.
