I’m looking for some advice. I have done Ian kings ss and limping and also Bring on the pain. I made great gains in strength, size and knowledge in my training. I now want to lose some of the bodyfat I gained. I am deciding on using Ian king’s Bring on the pain again but this time use the Advanced/Strength based workouts. After reading Joel Marion’s articles I agree it’s better to use a strength based workout while on a fat loss diet. I intend to also use the T-Dawg Version 2 diet. What do you all think? BTW I’m 200lbs at 14% bodyfat.
