Ian King Arm Guns Program

Hello t-mag followers.

Just a question, busted my ankle a while ago and thought it was a good oppurtunity to try ian kings arm specialization, just finished phase 2 and arms are both 1/2 a centimetre bigger.

Wondering how that compares to others progress with this program???

Thanks guys.

Anyone???

Surely someone has completed ian kings 12 week arm program??

What were the results?

Thanks Nick

I did the program a couple of years ago and put an inch on my arms. I’ve almost finished doing it again (fourth phase) and although I didn’t take measurements before my arms look to have gotten bigger (might just be my ego talking).

I did the program last winter. I didn’t measure either, but I would also guess around an inch when completed.

This program gave me a few things that other program hadn’t. First was a routine that hit more planes than I knew were possible on the arms and some with relatively light weights. I certainly gained more overall circumference rather than gains limited to just a single isolated muscle of the upper arm. Also, I learned a lot about program design over the 12-week duration of this program.

Can someone shoot me a link on where to find this program. I’ve had no luck using the search feature.

Much thanks

Where is the program located?

Thanks

there’s nothing funnier than overcomplicating something as simple as getting bigger, more muscular arms.
