Ian King and BB


I'm training for a BB comp in July and was planning on using Ian King's "Bring the Pain" Upper Body and Lower Body Program. I have used his limping program and have seen good results, though I am concerned about the tri-sets and being able to retain size with weight load.

Has anyone had any experience with this program or prefer a different program?

This will be my first comp and I don't won't to look like a complete noob, so any help would be appreciated.

Started the program today and loved it...great pump. How many times are you suppose to repeat each tri-set though? Any thoughts?
