I am 32y/o 5'11 180 lbs. Been working out hard since I was 27 years old. Just took a cycle of BEASTDROl about year and half ago. Followed plan that was given by friend to the T. Went from wieghting 175 lbs. to 195 lbs. after taking BEASTDROL. Had alot going on in life so been out of gym for past 8 months ( think thats why lost gains) . But now got things in order and ready to get back in gym.
Plan on working out atleast 4-6 month before starting my first cycle. Just to make sure got a good workout schedule and let body get back into it prior to starting. Just wondering if my plan sounds good?
W 1- 12 Testostorone Enanthate 500mg/week (broken up 250mg monday and 250mg thursday)
W 1-10 Deca-Durabolin 200mg/week
W 1-6 Dianabol 30mg/everyday ( broken up 10mg in morning, afternoon, night)
W 1-12 Arimedex .5mg/every other day
W 13 HCG 350 IU/everyday
W 14 HCG 350 IU/everyday for first 3 days of week (then stop HCG)
W 14-15 Nolvadex 40mg/everyday
W 16-17 Nolvadex 20mg/ everyday
Will be taking animal stack multi vitamin, N2guard, fish oil, joint supplements, protien. Still planning nutrition plan but am very disaplened in that area.
