If you look at the 1st to the last there is a little pec development in the last pic, however in 8 months one would hope to see more improvement. When you start training you see quick improvement because you begin to hone the CNS it’s not exactly muscular so improvement doesn’t really mean a whole lot.

More info is needed; even if you don’t keep a detailed log it will help you. I used to write shit down for a couple days every few months. I find logs from a couple years ago and can�??t believe how weak I was. It helps out a lot.
