I Too, Am Somewhat New


I’ve been involved in the iron game for the better part of 39 years. I was a competitive bodybuilder for about 10 of those years. I love training but I got disenchanted with my first trip out west at the ripe old age of 17. I went as far as i could go without chemical enhancements and then faded away.

I trained on and off after that. Never really got serious about my training again. So here I am. I found this pic of me from '81 Rico Suavay right?

I’m about 5’6 and roughly 175lbs in that photo. I believe I was in the middleweight class when that was taken.
